What happens when I send you my screenplay for technical support?

Sometimes, in order to give you the best support, we need to see your Slugline document. Maybe all of it, maybe just a part of it. Of course, we understand that this is touchy stuff, because it's your screenplay.

Here's the deal: We promise not to read any more of your document than we must in order to help you with your technical problem. We'll keep your document as safe and secret as possible, and delete it when we're done.

In turn, you promise not to sue us.
