Does Slugline for iOS/iPadOS keep backups of my writing?

Slugline for iOS/iPadOS is always saving your work as you write. Rarely, when trying to save to iCloud Drive or Dropbox, Slugline can encounter a lost internet connection or some other problem that prevents saving to the original file.

Because your writing is important, Slugline for iOS/iPadOS has a pervasive backup system that keeps a local history of every save event. These backups are kept in Slugline, under On My iPhone or On My iPad, in a folder called Backups. There you can restore a backup to your local storage, where you can then recover any lost work.

You can toggle this backup system on and off under Setup → Backups.
